3. Custom 3D Printing Orders

When placing a custom order: - You confirm that you own the rights to any design you upload - You may not upload designs that are illegal, dangerous, or violate intellectual property laws - Print quality varies based on materials and complexity. Minor imperfections are normal for 3D-printed items.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders are not processed until full payment is received.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because custom prints are made-to-order, cancellations or refunds may not be available once printing has begun. Non-custom products may qualify for returns within 30 days if unused.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: - Misuse of products - Design flaws submitted by customers - Shipping delays caused by carriers Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, product photos, logos, and designs created by us are our intellectual property and may not be reused without written permission from tyler@buildandbot.org or WIX.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
