Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package is shipped, delays are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Lost package claims must be made directly with the carrier unless shipping insurance was purchased.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
